WORD FROM THE HEADTEACHER
Dear Parents, Guardians, and Esteemed Stakeholders,
It is with great pride and immense joy that I welcome you to Bombo Army Secondary School. As an institution dedicated to nurturing the leaders of tomorrow, we firmly believe in the empowering potential of education. Our motto, “Knowledge is Power”, encapsulates the essence of what we stand for and the vision we uphold as we work together to shape young minds and future leaders.
As a school founded by the UPDF, we are uniquely positioned to provide an education that values not only academic success but also the development of strong, responsible citizens who can contribute meaningfully to society. Our students are prepared to face challenges head-on, with confidence, resilience, and a sense of duty towards their community and country.
The world around us is constantly evolving, and so too must our approach to education. As such, we have equipped our classrooms with modern facilities, ensuring that our students have access to the best tools and resources for learning. From technology integration to a well-rounded sports program, we are committed to providing an education that empowers students to not only excel in academics but also to develop critical life skills such as teamwork, leadership, and communication.
I take this opportunity to thank you, the parents, for your unwavering support in shaping the future of your children. I also extend my gratitude to the school staff, our partners, and the local community for their tireless efforts in making Bombo Army Secondary School the success it is today. The path we walk together is one of commitment, hard work, and dedication, and I am confident that we will continue to achieve great things as a school community.
Yours sincerely,
Mrs. Birungi Alice Baruga
